Reliance Finance Limited (RFL) has proposed cash dividend of 6.58% worth Rs 5.47 crore from the profit till 2075/76 for its shareholders. The Baord Meeting held on Poush 23, 2076 has decided to propose this dividend.
The current paid-up capital of the company stands at Rs 83.24 crore. The proposal is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of the company.
