• Company launched its Mobile Banking Service on FonePay payment platform through F1Soft International Pvt. Ltd.
• Company opened its 20th branch in Bhairahawa, Rupandehi after successfully completing its 12 years of service in the market.
• Reliance Finance Ltd. inks an agreement with Everest Hospitals Pvt. Ltd., Nepal National Hospital Pvt. Ltd., Himal Dental Hospital Pvt. Ltd., Drishti Eye Care Centre Pvt. Ltd. and Om Hospital & Research Centre Pvt. Ltd.

2019:

• Company opened its10th branch in Manigram, Rupandehi after successfully completing its decade ceremony of service in the market.

• RFL launched its EMV chip based debit card.

2017:

• Company’s name changed and rename as erstwhile Reliance Finance Ltd.

2013:

• Reliance Finance Limited (Newroad Branch) became its 1st branch following its successful merger with Lotus Investment Finance Ltd.
• Company’s merger successfully executed with the then, Lotus Investment Finance Ltd. Further, company’s name changed to Reliance Lotus Finance Ltd.

2009:

• Reliance Finance Ltd. launched its ATM (Debit) Card Services, the same year after its operation started.
• The company is incorporated under the license of Nepal Rastra Bank and pursuant to the Companies Act, 2006 under the name of Reliance Finance Ltd.
