Requirements

For Sole Proprietorship Firm                    
1.    Firm Registration Certificate and its renewal (if firm incorporated or period expired more than a financial year);
2.    PAN Certificate;
3.    Three (3) Photos and Citizenship copy of the proprietor with attestation;
4.    Stamp initial of firm. 
5.    Guarantors must be proprietor. However, family members of the proprietor may stand as guarantors
6.    Lalpurja, Malpot Receipt latest or current  fiscal period paid;
7.    Rajinama Patra/Bakas Patra/Ansabanda Patra in favour of family members are acceptable;
8.    Trace Map, Aerial Map and Blue printed Cadastral Map;
9.    Charkilla, Bato Pramanit/Ghar Jagga Pramanit;
10.    Bank Statements of the firm (if, account maintained at any BFIs, MFIs and/or Co-operatives for at-least last 6 months history);
11.    Personal Details of the Proprietor/Authorized Person with Three generation details; 
12.    Income Certification (Firm’s Income - B/S, I/S for the last 3 F/Y preceding F/Y);
13.    Tax paid vouchers and Tax Clearance (mandatory) for the preceding financial year;
14.    VAT return copy (Maskebari), if registered under VAT.
15.    Projection Statement for the upcoming year depending upon the loan tenure and its IRD submission;
16.    Application of loan with signature;
17.    Letter of Delegation to Authorized Person/(s);
18.    Loan Application with signature of the Authorized person etc.


For Partnership Firm
1.    Partnership Firm Registration Certificate and its renewal (if firm incorporated or period expired more than a financial year);
2.    Partnership deeds/agreements among partners;
3.    PAN Certificate;
4.    Three (3) Photos and Citizenship copies of the co-partners’ with attestation;
5.    Stamp initial of firm. 
6.    Guarantors must be co-partners. However, family members of the co-partners may stand as guarantors;
7.    Lalpurja;
8.    Malpot Receipt latest or current  fiscal period paid;
9.    Rajinama Patra/Bakas Patra/Ansabanda Patra in favour of family members is acceptable;

19.    Letter of Delegation to Authorized Person/(s);
20.    Loan Application with signature of the Co-Applicants/Co-Partners etc.

 

For Companies (Private or Public)
1.    Company Registration Certificate;
2.    PAN Certificate;
3.    MOA (Prabandapatra, AOA (Niyamawali) and Share Lagat;
4.    Authorization Letter (Board Minute for Authority Delegation (Akhtiyarnama), Account Opening on Deposit and Loan);
5.    AGM minute for change in name of the company (of same fiscal year);
6.    AGM minute for loan financing for more than equity of the company;
7.    Three (3) Photos and Citizenship copy/(ies) of the director/(s) with attestation;
8.    Stamp initial of the company. 
9.    Guarantor/(s) must be directors elected in the Board of Directors;
10.    Lalpurja and Malpot Receipt latest or current  fiscal period paid;
11.    Rajinama Patra;
12.    Trace Map, Aerial Map and Blue printed Cadastral Map;
13.    Charkilla, Bato Pramanit/Ghar Jagga Pramanit;
