  • Tax payment receipt of land and building
  • Char Killa Pramanit from ward office/VDC
  • Ownership transfer documents (Rajinama likhet)
  • Building construction permission
  • Construction completion certificate (If building is attached to land and completed)
  • Monthly income source with supporting documents
  • Other documents based on requirement
