An agreement has been concluded between Garima Capital Limited and Reliance Finance Limited regarding the expansion of customer service.
According to the above agreement, all services related to Demat/Meroshare account such as Demat/Meroshare account opening/renewal, Dematerialization of shares, BO to BO Transfer and all services related to investment management are provided by Garima Capital Limited to the customers/employees/shareholders of Reliance Finance Limited and all related parties. Clients/Employees/Shareholders of Garima Capital Limited and to all concerned, there is an agreement to provide services related to bank account opening/term/loan from Reliance Finance Limited.
